Jacqui Banks and Tom Clare’s planning application for an independent One Planet Development eco-smallholding was approved today by Pembrokeshire planners. The application includes a zero-carbon house with a wide range of ancillary buildings. Their ‘Gardd y Gafel’ project centers around agro-forestry practices.
