Inquiry on sustainable land management – Responses from Paul Wimbush and David Thorpe, OPC members, to the inquiry on sustainable land management, for the Welsh Government’s Environment & Sustainability Committee (February 2014).
Positive Planning – Response to consultation on proposals to reform the planning system in Wales. (February 2014) This requires changes to primary legislation, secondary legislation, and policy and guidance.
Environment Bill white paper (January 2014) The Welsh Government called for responses to their proposed Environment Bill – Towards the Sustainable Management of Wales’ Natural Resources. This response makes the case for One Planet Development being a central part of the bill.
